The members of the Audit Committee of Forest Place Group Limited are Donald Mackenzie (Chairman) and Ian Fraser. The independent Non–Executive Directors have determined that as of Forest Place Group Limited does not directly employ any employees (including senior executive employees) it is not necessary to establish a separate Remuneration Committee.
